From the environmental point of view, the new buildings in the project, located in a privileged position within the lots thanks to the surrounding natural landscape and the demolition of a floor of the existing building, will ensure a lower visual impact of both the old and the new buildings.

The plant system around the new buildings and within the intervention lots, will be preserved and protected even during the construction phase. It is expected both the inclusion of new plantings, that the maintenance of existing plantings where possible, also providing for the cleaning of neighboring areas.
The materials and technologies chosen for the new interventions will guarantee a better integration of the new buildings with the existing context and will lead, thanks to the attention of targeted design choices, to a better overall energy saving. Careful use of active and passive systems, such as solar and photovoltaic panels integrated into roofs, rainwater recovery, opaque and transparent casing adapted to new energy regulations, etc., is expected to be carefully promoted.
