Piazza Guala Student Residence
The redevelopment work by the architect Camerana is aimed at giving new life to the former Guala hotel located in Piazza Guala 143, in the Mirafiori Sud area of Turin.
The project aims to convert the structure into a hybrid residence for university students and managers.
In just eight months of construction, the 89 rooms spread over seven floors have been redesigned and transformed, with building interventions and new furnishings, collective services have been integrated on the first floors, redeveloping them thanks to a contemporary look with colors and graphics, and updating, finally, the plant system. The façade has been redeveloped externally using new colors that interpret the colors of the City of Turin in a contemporary key.
