A NEW ARCHITECTURE PROJECT FOR SPACE! BENEDETTO CAMERANA STUDIO WITH RTI DESIGN HAS BEEN AWARDED THE TENDER FOR THE FIRST SPACEPORT IN ITALY
Benedetto Camerana Studio, in temporary planning group with ADR Ingegneria S.p.A., PROGER s.p.a., RINA Consulting is awarded the tender for the Airport Development Plan and the Design of Economic Technical Feasibility of the first national spaceport, in Taranto Grottaglie airport, logistic and integrated technical platform dedicated to the development of the New Space Economy.
We are very honored to have been chosen and we are ready to start the design!
The measures will allow to develop the “spaceport” pole integrated with the airside and landside infrastructures present, with objective of creating a perfect ecosystem for start-up operations and development of aircraft capable of performing suborbital flights. The progressive accessibility to this type of connections allows to foresee a future of development that from Apulian territory can reverberate on entire section of the Country.
