PROGETTI D’ITALIA – TO CANNES AND IN THE WORLD
Benedetto Camerana Studio is at home at MIPIM in Cannes, the international platform where capital, strategies, and visions for the real estate sector and the development of future cities come together.
Thanks to the invitation of CEIP Piemonte, which has once again selected Benedetto Camerana among the ambassadors of Piedmontese excellence, we will present once more two projects that are particularly close to our hearts, as they engage us directly in the progress of our city: Innovation Mile and Spina 1, the redevelopment of the railway passante between Torino Porta Susa railway station and Corso Principe Oddone. Not a simple renovation, but a strategic redesign of a decisive portion of the city—one we have often spoken about in this space.
On March 12, we will also be among the six finalists of the “Progetti d’Italia nel Mondo” Award and conference organized by Quotidiano Immobiliare. At the end of the conference, the winner of the Award will be announced, selected by Guglielmo Pelliccioli, founder of Quotidiano Immobiliare. We will present for the first time Eden Garden – The Zvërnec Project , a development initiative on the Adriatic coast of Albania, in the Vlore County region, dedicated to expressing the potential of an entire territory. The project was conceived with the aim of enhancing a landscape of extraordinary natural quality, transforming it into a contemporary hub for culture and tourism—capable of integrating architecture, environmental sustainability, and local economic development.
We are working on the Masterplan for a new coastal district where architecture engages in dialogue with the profile of the promontory and the sea, seeking a balance between human settlement and landscape. If we had to describe it in one sentence: a system of villas embedded in the landscape, designed to blend with the environment rather than dominate it.
